ItmePunted Circuit Group Inc.
Stockton Division
12/22/00
San Joaquin County
Public Health Services
Environmental Health Division
304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor
Stockton, CA 95202
Attn: Alison Youngblood
M
Please find below the corrections that have been made by Tyco Stockton at our Fremont
Street facility, following the Unified Program Hazardous Waste Inspection of, 1950 West
Fremont Street, Stockton CA November 28s' and 29', 2000.
#12-1 A 55 gallon trash can has been placed near the area that the bag filters are used.
The trash can has had a hazardous waste label attached having an accumulation start date
of "Daily". Additionally the words "Hazardous Waste Only" have been stenciled on the
trash can and its lid.
#12-2 The filter plates were covered with a tarp immediately after the completion of our
inspection. Since that date we have removed the old filter clothes and properly disposed
of them. New clothes were then installed and the filter plates placed back in service.
#12-3 The absorbent was removed December 21, 2000 and disposed of with our
contaminated debris.
412-4 Tyco Stockton will install a drum washing station by February 28, 2000. We are
currently investigating a drum washing station manufactured by R.K. Fabrication,
Anaheim, CA. We have provided a list of modifications that we require and are waiting a
quotation.
#12-5 Tyco has a new strip/etch/strip line. This $460,000.00 process line was ordered
October, 2000 and is expected to arrive and be placed in service March of 2001. The
current process line has been in service approximately 15 years and has reached the end
of its useful life.
#15 Tyco ordered an emergency eye wash that was received December 21, 2000 and
was installed immediately upon receipt
1950 W.
