Please see enclosed <br /> manifest from 7/6/2010 <br /> 2) CCR 66262.34(f) "Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous <br /> waste." <br /> The containers in question were empty buckets of litho ink. We have since marked <br /> each individual container as requested. Please see enclosed photo with labeled <br /> buckets. <br /> 3) CCR 6266.81(a)(4)(B) " Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for <br /> spent lead-acid batteries" <br /> We have had our spent lead-acid batteries picked up by American Battery Co.
