Page 3 <br /> EVACUATION PROCEDURES <br /> Verbal instructions will signal evacuation.Please follow the evacuation procedures: <br /> Alert and help customers,they may not know where the nearest exit is located. <br /> Please keep calm! <br /> Know your evacuate route(assigned by your supervisor) <br /> Evacuate quickly. Do not take time to collect your personal belongings. <br /> Do not block exits. If exit is block,proceed to the nearest alternate exit. <br /> Assemble in an assigned area,outside of the building so that you can be accounted for. <br /> PERSON IN CHARGE OF LOCK-UP <br /> This person is responsible for seeing to the following: <br /> The front door to the main building is to be locked by the receptionist or Ginger by <br /> 5:30PM and rechecked at the end of the second shift by night shift Manager. <br /> The front door entrance to the manufacturing building must be lock at 7:OOPM by the <br /> night shift Manager. <br /> Note: This door is used heavily by all em.ployees during all shifts of operation,it is very <br /> important that employees working the 2 or 3`d shift close the door behind them when <br /> entering or exiting the building. <br /> All roll up doors are to be in the down position and locked by 6:OOPM. <br /> All exterior doors except those mentioned above are to be closed at all times and to be <br /> locked at the end of the second shift by night shift Manager. <br /> Company vehicle must be locked at all times when not in used. <br /> NIGHTTIME: Primary: James Allard <br /> Alternate#1: Greg Decosta <br /> Alternate#2: Sergio Molina <br /> AREA MAP/SITE LAYOUT MAP/FACILITY MAP <br /> A map of the building site,plant layout,and facility map is provided for your review. <br /> Page 4 <br />
