The inspection team will include Ms. Mary <br /> Wesling and I as EPA inspectors; and possibly Ray von Flue from the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Division will be participating. <br /> The inspection is an element of our ongoing compliance evaluation of industrial facilities that fall under <br /> the Clean Air Act 1990 as amended, Section 112(r)regarding the Risk Management Program, and the <br /> requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act(EPCRA)of 1986, Sections <br /> 302-312. <br /> 1 have attached a listing of the documentation related to your facility operations that we wish to review <br /> during the inspection tour.
