Cathode Ray Tubes <br /> v. Consumer Electronic Devices <br /> 1. Any electronic device with a circuit board (phones, calculators, <br /> etc.) <br /> b. Who must be trained? <br /> i. Any personnel who handle or have responsibility for managing Universal <br /> Wastes. <br /> ii. All Carpenter Co. employees could potentially handle a Universal Waste. <br /> Carpenter Co. will train all employees and add Universal Waste Training <br /> to new employee orientation. <br /> II. Show Video Universal Waste: Quest to Recycle (Excal, Boulder, CO) <br /> a. Proper handling of Universal Wastes. <br /> b. Emergency procedures for responding to a leak, spill or accident involving <br /> Universal Wastes. <br /> III. Managing Universal Wastes <br /> a. All packaging, labeling, record keeping and shipping will be handled by the <br /> Pouring Manager <br />
