Effluent samples <br /> should be representative of the volume and nature of the discharge. Samples shall be collected <br /> from the inlet structure of pond in July. Time of collection of a grab sample shall be recorded. <br /> Effluent monitoring shall include at least the following: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> Oil and Grease ' mg/l Grab Annually <br /> Electrical Conductivity Fimhos/cm Grab Annually <br /> pH pH Units Grab Annually <br /> Flow mgd Cumulative Annually <br /> Metals'- gg/1 Grab Annually <br /> Method EPA 5520C1418.1 <br /> (Arsenic, Cadmium,Total Chromium, Copper,Lead,Nickel,Zinc) <br /> Sampling records shall be retained for a minimum of five years. A log shall be kept of sludge <br /> quantities generated and of handling and disposal activities. The frequency of entries is <br /> discretionary; however, the log should be complete enough to serve as a basis for part of the <br /> annual report. <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> A representative sample results of the municipal water supply shall be submitted for the following: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Freauenc <br /> Electrical Conductivity umhos/cm Annually <br /> @25°C <br />
