R. Carpenter to obtain Indus- <br /> trial Development Bonds. <br /> The process employed by E. R. Carpenter includes use of <br /> a substance known as Methylene Chloride. State regulations <br /> identify the substance as hazardous, 22 Calif. Admin. Code <br /> Section 66680 (d) (262) ; accordingly, E. R. Carpenter must <br /> obtain the approval of our office prior to its use. E . R. <br /> Carpenter has secured the needed permits from our office. <br /> Since E. R. Caprenter has represented that it will not <br /> dispose or treat the waste on site , or store the waste for <br /> more than ninety (90) days, E. R. Carpenter need not obtain <br /> the approval of the State. <br /> Therefore, E. R.
