SJC EHD Inspection response March 29, 2016 MAY 0 2 2016 <br /> Item #105—Completed and attached a copy. DTSC Does not require copies sent any longer <br /> Item #106- <br /> 1.All metal filings have been removed and will no longer be allowed to accumulate. Disposal <br /> records will be maintained going forward.The Safety Manager will regularly confirm this practice. <br /> 2.The contents have been identified as storm water runoff. We are in the process of filling in <br /> the entire trench <br /> 3. The contents have been identified as GP 3510 which is a polyol and still usable product <br /> Item #108—Completed and attached a copy <br /> Item #111—HazWaste training has been completed. Documents attached <br /> Item #112—Training records have been completed. Copies are attached <br /> Item #116—The missing manifest has been located and a copy has been attached <br /> Item #117—The missing manifest has been located and a copy has been attached. <br /> Item #301—All metal filings were removed. All metal filings will be removed and disposed of <br /> immediately after use.This area will be regularly inspected by the Safety Manager. <br /> Item #303— <br /> 1. All eye wash stations will be inspected weekly and signed off by area management <br /> 2. The damaged secondary containment pallet has been replaced. All contents have been <br /> placed in waste oil and absorbent hazwaste drum for disposal.All communications, alarms, <br /> fire protection, spill control and decontamination equipment are tested and inspected per <br /> manufacturer and company specifications. <br /> Item #403 — <br /> 1. All funnels will be visually inspected daily and secured <br /> 2. This trough is part of the production process. It is visually inspected and pumped into the <br /> waste container when necessary <br /> 3. All hazwaste container will be inspected daily to ensure all are closed and secured <br /> Item #407— <br /> 1. Labels were filled out completely and subsequently removed for disposal. <br /> 2. The hazardous waste label has been removed. <br /> 3. These drums contain Quintolubric Hydraulic Oil and are still in use <br /> 4. This drum has been labelled <br />
