In the Fax I provided the <br /> results of the STLC results for lead of 1.3 mg/t for Sierra Chem-3 which was far below <br /> the 5mg/1 limit. I also informed you that as you requested I contacted Randy Adams and <br /> at his recommendation compared our results with the California Health Screening Levels <br /> and the EPA Region 9 PRG Tables. <br /> We reviewed these source documents and found the levels for chromium found at our <br /> facility are far lower than any of the referenced levels. <br /> We would appreciate your concurrence to enable us to proceed with other issues that <br /> require financing that can't be obtained until this issue is resolved.
