Defendant shall be penalized, as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions 6 Code §17200, in addition to those penalties set forth in paragraphs 6 - 8, SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND 7 DOLLARS ($75,000.00). Said payment shall 17 be due and Fayable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office 18 of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at time of signing. 19 12. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE 20 DOLLARS ($989.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred by the SAN 21 JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES. Said payment shall be due and payable to 22 the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District 23 Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at time of signing. 24 13. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED 25TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($2,625.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred 26 by the CITY OF STOCKTON FIRE DEPARTMENT.
