Please accept this letter and accompanying <br /> material as response to those issues. <br /> 1. Hydrocarbon contaminated floor dry. <br /> The response provided August 30, 2005 stated: "The absorbent contaminated <br /> with oil was containerized in a closed container and labeled"Hazardous Waste- <br /> Hydrocarbon Contaminated Floor Dry", with an accumulation date of 28, July, <br /> 2005. A training class on Used Oil Management (based on DTSC-Used Oil and <br /> Oil Filter Management Fact Sheet, April 2003) was conducted by Jeffrey Kinder <br /> of CFR Services," <br /> During the October 7d' meeting we were informed the material need be removed <br /> from the facility as it had been there nearly 90 days. <br /> Arrangements were made for Shop Hazards Solutions, to pick the material up on <br /> October 1&, 2005. 1 am enclosing a copy of the invoice as well as Uniform <br /> Hazardous Waste Manifest 24311506. <br /> 2. You questioned the disposition of the material in the blue 4X1 cases and how it <br /> was identified. <br /> The white granular material from both cases was compared with known materials <br /> we warehouse, distribute or consume at our Stockton Facility.
