This is a <br /> violation of CCR, Title 22, Section 66265.31. <br /> This drum a eared to be compromised as the sides were caving in. <br /> -In the acid repackaging area, areas of liquid existed on the ground outside. This facility was <br /> not maintained nor operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned <br /> sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents to air, soil, <br /> or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment.
