The tank farm and hydrochloric acid receiving/packaging areas <br /> have storage tank containment. <br /> Overhead Piping to or from Storage and a Production Area <br /> Spilled product would be the result of a leak in a transfer line or valve, which goes from a <br /> pump located within storage containment to a packaging area. Failure of a non-bulk <br /> container in the packaging area would also result in a spill. <br /> Rotary Bottling Lines <br /> Spilled product could be the result of a break in a filling hose, defective bottle, or some <br /> mechanical obstruction that could cause product to slosh from the bottle or cause the <br /> bottle to fall from the conveyer system. <br /> Receiving/Loading Dock and Package Product in Storage <br /> Spilled or released product could be the result of defective or leaking bottles or packages <br /> after being packaged or received. This could take place by being run into by transporting <br /> equipment, or tipping over during loading for transport due to unstable loads or unsafe <br /> operation of equipment. <br /> 13 <br />
