Sierra Chemical Co. + • SOP 917 RO <br /> Waste Management Program <br /> Section 5: Program Evaluation <br /> This Waste Management Program will be evaluated on an annual basis for adequacy and <br /> effectiveness in controlling generated waste. Based on the annual evaluation, any <br /> findings and/or recommendations received by the various governing agencies shall be <br /> considered and incorporated in the revised document when appropriate. <br /> The annual evaluation is the responsibility of the Facility General Manager who may <br /> consult with Regulatory Compliance/Environmental Manager to ensure that it complies <br /> with federal, state and local regulations. <br /> If this document is revised for any reason, all affected employees must receive <br /> notification and training on changes made. This shall be documented and placed in the <br /> employee's training file for future reference. <br /> 19 <br />
