Provide analysis for the following waste streams by 9/28/02: <br /> (a) Contents of the j'5ffallon blue carboy that receives liquid from the air compressor <br /> tank in the north warehouse. <br /> (b) Floor sweepings from waste can located in the gas cylinder room (paint chips). <br /> (c) Sludge from DE filter press next to the treatment area. <br /> (d) All of the containers (in excess of thirty) that are located in the north west part of <br /> the rear yard area along the fence line. Most of the containers are blue carboys <br /> with the lid cut off. <br /> (e) Contents of blue container collecting waste from leaking pump seal located in the <br /> control room. <br /> �(f) Contents of blue container collecting waste from wet pump located in the control <br /> room. 7-4A114C If <br /> (g) Waste water from drainage pipe located in the rear yard area. <br /> (h) One 5-gallon bucket with oily liquid(no lid) located in air cylinder room. <br /> (i) Two white 5 gallon buckets with yellow lids containing oily liquid on a pallet <br /> located in the rear yard area. <br /> (j) Three white 5 gallon buckets with no lids containing used floor sweep, pallet with <br /> used floor sweep on top of cardboard located in the rear yard area. <br /> (k) 55 gallon blue carboy containing broken pieces of pipe (asbestos?) located along <br /> the eastern fence line adjacent to the railroad spur. <br /> (1) 55 gallon blue carboy trashcan containing used oil soaked floor sweep next to the <br /> eastern fence line by the tool shed. <br /> #12. Maintain the facility to minimize the release of a hazardous waste: <br /> North Warehouse- <br /> (a) Bleach packaging area- Overflow of wastewater on the floor. <br /> (b) Oil product storage area- Two stains on the concrete floor next to the secondary <br /> containment. The secondary containment is being used to store hazardous waste. <br /> (c) Pallets of Sodium Thiosulfate-Broken bags and spillage. <br /> (d) Pallet of Muriatic Acid- Staining on the concrete floor. <br /> (e) Oil stain on floor next to blue container that collects air tank liquid. <br /> Control Room- <br /> (a) Container with liquid from failed pump seal. <br /> (b) Area underneath failed pump with floor sweepings. <br /> (c) Secondary containment (curbed floor) around caustic tank is filled with <br /> wastewater. -('w-v- Flo? <br /> (d) Container with liquid from wet pump next to caustic tank. <br /> Treatment Area <br /> (a) Secondary containment is being used as primary containment. <br /> Inspecto-Ak/ W,,� '�.
