A11 new drums now in the <br /> shop have an updated accumulation start date. <br /> #45 66265.52 (CCR) Contingency plan incomplete. <br /> A copy of the Contingency Plan was completed by Steve Hackett on September <br /> 6, 2002 and placed in all appropriate areas of the shop. This includes the chemical <br /> room, the stripping and sandblast room,the employee interest area and all areas with a <br /> close proximity to a phone.A copy is included and faxed with this letter. <br /> Please review the corrections to the violations as specified in the report prepared <br /> above.
