Effective <br /> March 11, 1993, Olin sold the Indy Electronics assembly business to Indy Acquisition Corporation (IAC). IAC <br /> will continue to operate the facility under the name Indy Electronics. The existing environmental health permit <br /> expires December 31, 1993. <br /> As part of the transaction, Olin retained ownership of the MQUAD anodization and stamping <br /> operations. Olin will be doing business in Manteca as Olin Interconnect Technologies. The new Olin facility will <br /> generate less than 5 tons/year of RCRA hazardous waste.
