Immediately begin this practice.This is a Class II violation. <br /> The following item were initiated and/orcompleted and corrected: <br /> Mr Matt Gibbons,newly appointed PSWI Safety Coordinator,posted a paper,by the sites primary phones in both the main office and the <br /> parts office/warehouse with the name and telephone number of the emergency coordinators;location of fire extinguishers and spill <br /> control material and the telephone number of the fire department. A site map with excavation routes was also posted. <br /> Verbal notifications in the event of any emergency including Hazardous Waste and Materials incidents requiring evacuation of the site is <br /> to be the primary emergency communication system on she. The Public Address system is limited to the Parts Warehouse and can only <br /> can be used for limited notifications to those personnel in the vicinity of the warehouse. <br /> On December 26,2014,Carlos Abarca,immediately ordered oil absorbing spill material,solid absorbent and pads.A Master Spill Kit was <br /> later purchased and installed in the new Oil Room Storage Container that consisted of the following materials 1-55 gallon UN1A2 <br /> • Shipping Drum w/Lid&Containment Ring,2 --Bags-- Solid Absorbent,1-- Bag—Absorbent Pads(100 count),10 --3"X 4"Absorbent <br /> Socks,1 Pair—Safety Glasses,1 Pair— Black Industrial Gloves,1— Short Handle Shovel,1 — Short Handle Broom,1— Waste Oil Label, <br /> 1--XLTyvek Suit,1--XXL-Tyvek suit,1—Emergency Guidebook. Additional Spill Material including absorbent materials and oil <br /> absorbing pads are located inside the parts warehouse and an open top drum with lid containing oil absorbing absorbent spill materials is <br /> set next to the fuel tanks containment wall for any site and fueling area incidents.
