Weber Ave. Third Floor <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Stockton Ca. 95202-2708 <br /> Violation #12 <br /> The absorbent has been picked up and we are now using absorbent socks <br /> and pad around the machinery. <br /> Violation #20 <br /> Label for used absorbent was put on the 55 gallon drum of used <br /> absorbent right away. <br /> Violation #45 <br /> Up dated Contingency Plan of all the new Emergency Coordinators has <br /> been sent in by June 8, 2007. <br /> Violation #49 <br /> Sat down with Gerardo Flores Hazardous Material Handler and his <br /> assistant Dennis Simmons on June 14, 2007. We discussed the proper <br /> handling of the waste and personal protective equipment needed for <br /> handling of Hazardous Waste. Also went over our contingency plan. <br /> In the event of all emergencies the Supervisors and Leads notify all <br /> Employees in the affected areas to vacate to appropriate gathering areas. <br /> Instructed Gerardo and Dennis as to where all emergency spill kits are <br /> around the facility. <br /> All communications are with Nextel Cell Phones. <br />
