As I didn't think we approached the 25 ton level, I checked our <br /> manifest. Not trusting to my numbers, I call the waste contractor we work with <br /> to double check my numbers. A copy of their response is attached to this letter. <br /> There is a summary cover letter followed by actual copies of the last shipment. <br /> There is also a year long summary minus the December shipments. <br /> These number seem to indicate that we are producing considerable less than 25 <br /> tons. These last 2 years have certainly been a challenge and we simply have not <br /> produced as much product, therefore, less waste. <br /> We would like to have our account (AR0000695), facility (FA0000696) reviewed <br /> and if the waste figures are correct, to have the invoice changed to a correct <br /> figure.
