Evacuation Routes and Procedures <br /> Refer to the Service Center Emergency Action Plan (Appendix 3 attached). <br /> Each Service Center should have a floor piamsite pian which shows all planned evacuation <br /> exits, routes, and places of ref ige for Service Center fires and HazMat releases. The floor <br /> plan/site plan should be titled"Emergency Action Plan"and should be posted on Service Center <br /> bulletin boards and attached in Appendix 3 of this plan. The Service Center Safety Committee <br /> should review the following items: (check all boxes when completed) <br /> r✓Review circumstances needing full and partial evacuation. <br /> o Perform a Fire& HazMat evacuation drill atntually. Drills for fire and hazmat <br /> emergencies can be one in the sante but employees must understand and follow the <br /> Service Center alerting system and their requirement to exit immediately and meet in the <br /> refuge area. Date of last drill: ' <br /> Note:A Fire& Hazmat evacuation drill does not require physical evacuation of personnel. <br /> It should include testing of alarm & PA systems and a review of each employee's <br /> responsibilities. <br /> STI. Decontamination <br /> If the outsourced emergency response company responds to a hazardous material spill, they will <br /> handle all decontamination required including waste removal, facility cleanup, and personal <br /> protection equipment decontamination. Most PPE used by Service Center personnel is <br /> disposable. <br /> VIII. Emergency Medical Treatment and First Aid <br /> ✓ Location of the First Aid Kit has been reviewed with all employees. I have verified the <br /> inventory meets requirements of the First Aid Book inventory chart located on <br /> Share Net or see attached. (Check box when completed). First Aid Supplies inventory <br /> should be checked and replenished monthly. <br /> A"Medical Evaluator"has been assigned for each shift.
