During the <br /> inspection, SJEMD documented Violation code 108—Failed to determine if a waste is a <br /> hazardous waste. As previously reported in the"Response to Hazardous Waste Program <br /> Inspection conducted on December 19, 2012"dated August 09, 2013 letter, we conducted testing <br /> on the metal fines(see Attachment A). Stockton Scavengers now treats all metal fines below 100 <br /> microns as Hazardous Waste. Metal fines are stored in a five-gallon bucket with a lid and <br /> Hazardous Waste Label (see Attachment B) and regularly removed. The most recent pickup was <br /> on December 04, 2013 (see attachment Q. <br /> Stockton Scavengers is committed to operating its facility in compliance with all applicable <br /> regulations and truly appreciates the time taken to help us achieve this goal.
