[66265.190(b) ] <br /> If the answer is yes, for all HW tanks, to either of the two preceding questions, then <br /> skip pages 8 through 16, since they are not applicable. <br /> Are HW or treatment reagents placed in tanks so <br /> they do not cause the tank, ancillary equipment or <br /> the secondary containment system to rupture, <br /> corrode, leak, or otherwise fail?
