Box 2009= I} I: 1
Stockton, CA 95201
Re: Corrections of Reported Violations Letter dated 12/7/92 .
Dear Ms. Khanna,
The following corrective action was taken in response to the
violations found during the March 16, 1992 inspection.
Violation #1: The drum of waste resins was shipped on the next
shipment 3/27/92 .
Violation #2 : These two drums of waste oil were also shipped out
on 3/27/92 . However, they originally came off what
is considered a satellite accumulation point. The
date of accumulation on the label reflected when
the first drop went into the drum. Pursuit to
Section 66262 . 34 (e) , Division 22 , Title 26 - the
90 days starts when the drum is full or after one
(1) year which ever comes first.
From this time on we will indicate start dates and
accumulation dates on the labels, per Eric Trevena.
Violation #3 : Labels were attached immediately after the
inspection on 3/16/92 .
Violation #4 : The six (6) overpack drums contained damaged empty
drums. They were dated immediately following the
inspection and shipped on 3/27/92 .
Violation #5: The land disposal restriction notification form had
been filled out on manifest #89894738 , but a copy
was not retained for our record. A copy was
obtained from Romic Chemical and attached to the
manifest in our file.
