INTRODUCTION <br /> 1.1 Parties. The California Environmental Protection Agency, Department of <br /> Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) enters into this Voluntary Cleanup Agreement <br /> (Agreement)with Mr. Tom Newhall, owner of the business operating as Tom Newhall Boat <br /> Repair (Proponent). <br /> 1.2 Site. The property(Site)which is the subject of this Agreement includes the <br /> property located at 8090 North Rio Blanco Road, Stockton, San Joaquin County, California <br /> 95219. The Site property described above consists of approximately 11.24 acres, and is <br /> identified by Assessor Parcel Number(s) (APN) 071-120-13. A location map and diagram <br /> of the Site are attached as Exhibit A and Exhibit B. Specifically, this Agreement covers a <br /> small portion of the property along Disappointment Slough identified as the used sandpiles <br /> in Exhibit B. <br /> 1 <br />
