One 55 gallon 3/4 full of waste antifreeze has a start accumulation date of 01/30/13. Facilities who <br /> generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on <br /> site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous <br /> waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> 108. Waste water and waste solid mixed with glyphosate (weed-kiler) generated from spillage from a <br /> tote. Approximately six 55 gallon drums and two baker tanks are filled with waste liquid and were all <br /> labeled as "Hazardous Waste" with a start accumulation date of 11/2012. Any person who generates a <br /> waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Per Mgr Enviro Field Ops, NRC clean up <br /> contractors incorrectly marked the waste containers as hazardous waste rather than "waste analysis <br /> pending" .
