They state that <br />when the location of the leak was pointed out to them by UPRR staff they could find no evidence of any Spent Carbon. They <br />preceded to hand sweep an area 20 foot by 40 foot at the Wash Rack area and collected about one cup of dirt that they then <br />tested and could get no readings. <br />12/15/2009 <br />
