Stockton. <br />The contingency plan for this facility has the incorrect phone number for San Joaquin County Office of <br />Emergency Services. Update your contingency plan to include the current correct contact number. <br />We have not yet received a copy of the hazardous waste management training log indicating which employees <br />were HAZWOPER TRAINED for 2008 per CCR Title 22 Section 66265.16 Personel Training. <br />Second: <br />Is this facility conducting any treatment of hazardous waste generated from this facility in order to make it less <br />hazardous? <br />Last year Fred had begun the application process to obtain a 'Permit By Rule" permit from San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department. Fred Baumbach consulted with Logan Fordham and Will Martin of Chemical <br />Data Management Systems to help him with the application process.
