SECTION B: EMERGENCY COORDINATORS <br />EMERGENCY COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br />At all times there must be at least one employee, either on the facility premises or on <br />call, who has the responsibility and authority to coordinate all emergency response <br />measures. <br />Each emergency coordinator must be thoroughly familiar with: <br />1. All aspects of the facility's emergency response plan <br />2. All operations and activities at the facility <br />3. The location and characteristics of materials/waste handled <br />4. The location of all emergency response documents within the facility <br />5.
