Review of current SPCC Plan—complete 6/22/06 <br /> 2. Site Survey and Plan action meeting—complete 6/23/06 <br /> 3. Finalize plan update— 7/28/06 with Action items listed <br /> 4. Plan Certification— 7/31/06 <br /> We are working under an agreed schedule with the certifying engineer on <br /> the target completion of the listed action items. <br /> Action Items for the SPCC plan are: <br /> 1. Design and build properly sized containment for the drum storage of <br /> fresh chemicals and hazardous waste materials now stored on the east side <br /> of the plant. <br /> 2. Install crash posts on the two outboard corners of the secondary <br /> containment area on the south side of the plant containing the holding tank <br /> for the paint line washer spent baths. <br /> 1 <br />
