Engaging in any of the unlawful acts of unfair competition set forth in the First and <br /> 8 Second Cause of Action of this complaint, as well as any other violations of the Business and <br /> 9 Professions Code §17200- §17208, including but not limited to: <br /> 10 1. Violation of Chapter 6.5, of the Health and Safety Code described in <br /> 11 paragraph 7 above. <br /> 12 2. For violation of the First Cause of Action, that defendants herein be assessed a civil <br /> 13 penalty of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00), for each violation, according to <br /> 14 proof, <br /> 15 3. For violation of the Second Cause of Action,that defendants herein be assessed a civil <br /> 16 penalty of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00), for each act of unfair <br /> 17 competition, in an amount according to proof,pursuant to Business and Professions Code §17206. <br /> 18 4. Plaintiff recover its costs and agencies costs. <br /> 19 5.
