With do respect we humbly request that the return to compliance period of 30 days be <br /> extended 60 days that we might be able to properly assess and qualify this waste stream. During our <br /> initial research into the regulations on metal dross and scrap metal, we discovered we would need <br /> additional time to request credible interpretations of the terms and qualify the profile elements of the <br /> dross. <br /> Should you need to speak further with me on this request I can be reached though my office phone at <br /> 209 368-8881 extension 241 or my cell phone at 209 327-4071.
