Failing to properly handle the manifesting of hazardous waste, including <br /> maintaining copies, determined the handle status and reporting to the DTSC <br /> A system has been implemented to file all the hazardous waste manifests, and a <br /> computerized tickler system is used to track the TSDF"return" copies, and for the <br /> sending of copies to the DTSC. Observations during the audit have confirmed <br /> that this system is being used with effective results. <br /> 6.
