VALLEY INDUSTRIES <br /> LODI, CA <br /> OILY WATER SEPARATOR <br /> SUMMARY <br /> (OUT-OF-SERVICE:3/30/04) <br /> The oily water separator was inspected internally by DJA Inspection Services, Inc. <br /> BOTTOM—The bottom was visually inspected as well as checked for metal loss. The <br /> minimum thickness reading obtained was 0.225' with a nominal thickness of 0.250". <br /> The bottom was found to be in good condition with no serious conditions being found or <br /> indicated. <br /> ENDS—The ends were visually inspected as well as checked for metal loss. The <br /> minimum thickness reading obtained was 0.208"on the west end and 0.200"with a <br /> nominal thickness of 0.250". The ends were found to be in good condition with no <br /> serious conditions being found or indicated. <br /> SIDES—The sides were visually inspected as well as checked for metal loss. The <br /> minimum thickness reading obtained was 0.205' on the north side and south side with a <br /> nominal thickness of 0.250". The sides were found to be in good condition with no <br /> serious conditions being found or indicated. <br /> NOZZLES —The nozzles that were available were visually inspected as well as checked <br /> for thickness. No serious conditions were found. <br /> GENERAL THICKNESS READINGS —The general thickness readings were in the <br /> range of 0.225' to 0.235'. See body of report for average thickness. <br />
