Weber Avenue
Stockton, CA 95202
Ref: certification of Return to Compliance
Attention: Kasey Foley and Dennis Catanyag EHD Inspectors
Dear Inspectors:
The attached is the lab work we requested on the five waste streams we sampled during and following
your February 26 site inspection. We requested the three metals tests and particle size evaluation as
discussed in our dosing session March 1.
In review of you test records, provided on April 20, 2004, 1 noticed you also did the aquatic toxicity test.
From my March 1 notes I did not have down the aquatic test as one of the things I should be testing for.
I have inquired with our lab to find out if enough residual of the sample remain to conduct this test after
the fad.
Please let me know if I misunderstood your instructions. Am I expected to do the aquatic test for these
samples or was it not relevent in this case?
Z
y rs,

Fred Baumbach
Plant Engineer
Enclosure
