Along with this document are three pages of the listed violations with a description of the <br /> corrective actions taken and the date, purchase order involved, the agency used, and the manifest <br /> numbers supporting the removal process used to bring the site back into compliance. <br /> We still have six more Class II Violations which have not all been corrected and will need the allotted <br /> additional thirty days to complete their compliance actions. We will submit a second Certification of <br /> Return to Compliance for these six items as soon as they are complete.
