The <br /> following items still need to be corrected: <br /> Item #2: Please submit a copy of your Hazardous Waste Minimization Plan required by the California Health <br /> and Safety Code, section 25244.19 to this office by April 21, 1997. <br /> Item #10: Test the waste identified on the Notice to Comply dated 12/26/96 according to the referenced code <br /> section. Submit a copy of the results to this office by April 21, 1997. <br /> Item #22: Submit verification to this office that the manifests used for out of state shipments have been <br /> submitted to the department. Submit verification by April 21, 1997. <br /> Item #45: Submit a copy of your Contingency Plan to this office. Please be aware that the plan must satisfy the <br /> requirements stated in section 66265.52 California Code of Regulations (CCR). Submit by April 21, <br /> 1997. <br /> Item #49: Submit verification of employee training specified in section 66265.16 (CCR) to this office by April 21, <br /> 1997. <br /> Item #75: Please complete and submit the generator notification form for the recycling exclusion or exemption for <br /> the "paint line washer", and the "Blue parts washer".
