CASE NARRATIVE
Client: Stockton Scavengers Association Inc
Project: CA10021Stockton Scavengers
Report Number: 28041009-3
With the exceptions noted as gags or footnotes, standard analytical protocols were followed in the analysis of the samples and no
problems were encountered or anomalies observed. In addition all laboratory quality control samples were within established control
limits, with any exceptions noted below. Each sample was analyzed to achieve the lowest possible reporting limit within the constraints of
the method. In some cases, due to interference or analytes present at high concentrations, samples were diluted. For diluted samples,
the reporting limits are adjusted relative to the dilution required.
This report may include reporting limits (RLs) less than TestAmerica's standard reporting limit The reported sample results and
associated reporting limits are being used specifically to meet the needs of this project. Note that data are not normally reported to these
levels without qualification because they are inherently less reliable and potentially less defensible than required by the latest industry
standards.
Sample Receiving
The sample was received on 04/12/2013; the sample arrived properly preserved and on ice. The temperature of the cooler at receipt was
4.7 C.
This submission includes particle size results for the sample METAL SHAVINGS only. All other results for the sample METAL SHAVINGS
were reported in the submission 28041009-2
Holding Times
All analyses were performed within the established holding times.
Method Blanks
All Method Blanks were within established control limits.
Laboratory Control Samples (LCS)
All Laboratory Control Samples were within established control limits.
Matrix Spike (MS) and Matrix Spike Duplicate (MSD)
All MS and MSD samples were within established control limits.
General Comments
The analysis for Method D422 was performed at TestAmerica's Burlington Laboratory.
TESTAMERICA Burlington
30 Community Drive
Suite 11
South Burlington, VT 05403
Phone: 802.660.1990
