The used oil tank hazardous waste tank assessment is not complete. The 2009 assessment <br /> reviewed on site is not stamped and signed by a Professional Engineer. The assessment has several <br /> contingencies. Complete the assessment and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) by July 8, 2013. <br /> 605. One waste coolant container was missing the accumulation start date. Two containers of waste <br /> mop water were missing the accumulation start date, generator name and address and hazardous <br /> property. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Repeat violation from a previous year's inspection. The container labeling was corrected during the <br /> inspection.
