Underground storage tanks removed or closed in place after <br /> 7-1-84 are subject to closure plans , testing and inspection by the <br /> Health District . <br /> Civil penalties for noncompliance with the CA State Underground <br /> Storage Tank Regulations range from $500 .00 to $5000.00 per day <br /> for each violation . <br /> Your cooperation is resolving the above mentioned matter would <br /> be greatly appreciated.
