• • <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Horizon Engineering and Tracer Research Corporation performed Tracer Tight@ leak <br /> testing of 2 underground storage tanks at the U-Haul#709-23 site in Stockton, CA. The tanks <br /> were inoculated with tracer on August 4, 1993. Samples were collected on September 1, 1993 <br /> with sample vacuums of 2 inches Hg.
