Manifests are to be maintained at the site location for not less than 3 years , and a copy sent to U-Haul Company of Fresno at 749 N . Blackstone . ABOVE GROUND SPILLS : Site location has a hazardous sp ill kit which consists of absorbent petro sheets , a hazardous materials drum (55 gallon) , plastic shovel , and 50 lbs . of absorbent material . In case of small spill , personnel will use material to dike and absorb it or useetro sheets . These will then be disposed of in the hazardous waste drum , tagged with the required labeling and disposed of as required by Feeral law . In case of large s ill , if it is safe to do so , dike around the spill to contain i . The manager and/or assistant manager will initiate the notification and evacuation procedures . The employees and customers will be notified b intercom system and verbally that there has been a spill and that they are to proceed out the emergency exits and meet at the designated assembly point . The authorities will be notified as will the surrounding businesses and home owners by phone or in person . UNDERGROUND RELEASE : In the unlikely event that there is a release into the secondary containment space , upon verification b store manager and notification of Fuels and Hazardous Ma erials Manager , Stockton Service Station Equipment Compan shall be contacted to respond to the situation . In the event hat Stockton Service Station Equipment Company can' t respond , then another authorized company will be contacted . Site location has the "Right To Know" program and MSDS . Safety meetings are held several times a year and meeting logs are maintained on site .
