Blackstone . <br /> ABOVE GROUND SPILLS : <br /> Site location has a hazardous sp ill kit which consists of <br /> absorbent petro sheets , a hazardous materials drum (55 gallon) , <br /> plastic shovel , and 50 lbs . of absorbent material . <br /> In case of small spill , personnel will use material to dike and <br /> absorb it or useetro sheets . These will then be disposed of in <br /> the hazardous waste drum , tagged with the required labeling and <br /> disposed of as required by Feeral law . <br /> In case of large s ill , if it is safe to do so , dike around the <br /> spill to contain i . The manager and/or assistant manager will <br /> initiate the notification and evacuation procedures . The <br /> employees and customers will be notified b intercom system and <br /> verbally that there has been a spill and that they are to proceed <br /> out the emergency exits and meet at the designated assembly <br /> point . The authorities will be notified as will the surrounding <br /> businesses and home owners by phone or in person . <br /> UNDERGROUND RELEASE : <br /> In the unlikely event that there is a release into the secondary <br /> containment space , upon verification b store manager and <br /> notification of Fuels and Hazardous Ma erials Manager , Stockton <br /> Service Station Equipment Compan shall be contacted to respond <br /> to the situation . In the event hat Stockton Service Station <br /> Equipment Company can' t respond , then another authorized company <br /> will be contacted . <br /> Site location has the "Right To Know" program and MSDS . Safety <br /> meetings are held several times a year and meeting logs are <br /> maintained on site . <br />
