Written Routine Monitoring Procedure for monitoring the <br /> tank and pipeline is required. <br /> 2 . Written Emergency Response Plan in the event of <br /> unauthorized release <br /> 3 . The groundwater is less than 20 feet below the tank' s <br /> invert . Inventory reconciliation cannot be used after 1- <br /> 1-93 , without the use of a Statistical Inventory <br /> reconciliation (SIR) company listed with the SWRCB. <br /> 4 . Suction piping requires pipeline pressure testing every <br /> three years . The last pipeline pressure test was <br /> completed in December 1993 . <br /> Items 1 through 3 are to be submitted to this office by JANUARY 15 , <br /> 1996 . Should this matter be prolonged beyond the above date, an <br /> office hearing will be scheduled for you in our offices .
