The <br /> cost of implementing this program was offset by fees for the required in- <br /> spectional services . <br /> Fees for services (Permit Fees) were billed to all known underground storage <br /> tank owners based upon State inventory records and tank owner information. <br /> Health District updated records indicate that you own underground storage <br /> tank(s) and partial or no payment has been received since January 1 , 1986. <br /> Payment for all 1986 and 1987 fees are past due and payable.
