Turner Rd.
San Joaquin Local Health District Lodi, CA 95242
Box 2009 OWNER: Sebastiani Vyds.
Stockton, CA 95201
RE: Soil Remediation
Workplan
Dear Diane,
Pursuant to our conversation yesterday, attached is the
additional information you asked for: 1) North, South, East
and West elevations of the excavation site; 2) Drawing showing
the pipelines that came out of the tank.
In addition to these drawings, I want to add the following
information to our !'Soil Remediation Workplan":
Item 4: We will be removing about 300 cu. yd, total dirt.
At least 200 cu. yd. of this will be clean dirt. There is
100 'c-u. yd. maximum of dirt in the area of possible contamination.
Item 7: We will keep the clean soil and the contaminated
soil stockpiled separately. The contaminated soil will be
put on asphalt and covered with plastic (6 mil) and tested
separately for the Air Pollution Control District. When the
tests results are available, vie will aerate the soil
accordina to the guidelines of the Air Pollution Control
District until the contaminants are below detectable levels.
The clean soil will be used to refill the excavation site.
The decontaminated soil will be used for various roadbase and
backfill projects on site.
I hope this completes the information necessary for the
Workplan. As you know, we wish to construct a building where
this excavation is taking place. We look forward to
being able to excavate soon.
Y r truly,
Step en Manildi
Administrative Manager
cc:- Harlin Knoll
P.O.BOX 1290•WOODBRIDGE•CALIFORNIA 95258.209-3394311
