Hwy 33 <br /> Patterson, CA 95.363 EPA CAD 083166728 for disposal. <br /> D. Nor-Cal Oil will supply to us a receipt for the rinsate recovered. We <br /> will put the customer EPA site number on the receipt. A copy of the <br /> receipt will be forwarded to SJLHD. <br /> Health and Safety: Appropriate protective clothing and related accessories <br /> ( i .e, hard hats, class D coveralls, gloves, respirators, etc. ) will be <br /> used when necessary. <br /> Emer4pncy Response: Telephones are on site.
