Tully Road <br />Lockeford, CA 95237 <br />RE: February 6, 1996 underground storage tank inspection. <br />I have received the information you submitted in response to the above referenced <br />inspection report. The following items need to be addressed before this facility will be <br />considered to be in compliance. <br />1. A permit to operate the underground storage tank has not been issued. This <br />is in violation of the California Health and Safety Code, Section 25284 (a). <br />Please pay all current and past due permit fees to this office by May 6, 1996. <br />2. You have submitted evidence of financial responsibility and have identified the <br />State Clean Up Fund as the primary mechanism. You risk your eligibility to <br />apply to the Fund for reimbursement because this site is not in compliance. <br />3. 1 reviewed the daily inventory reconciliation data you submitted. Section 2646 <br />(1) of the Underground Storage Tank Regulations (U.G.T. reg's) defines "daily" <br />as, no less than five days per week. You need to increase the number of daily <br />inventory reading to at least five days a week. The allowable and actual <br />variations stated on the submitted data were determined over a two month <br />period of time. You need to determine the actual and allowable variations on a <br />monthly basis as required by Section 2646 (d) of the U.G.T. rep's. Please <br />submit copies of the inventory reconciliation data for the months of March and <br />April 1996 to this office by May 6, 1996. <br />4.
