The interstitial space shall be monitored with a <br />monitoring system connected to an audible and visual alarm system. Immediately Contact a properly licensed, <br />trained, and certified contractor to replace the failed component with a functional component (LG it 3-x listed, if <br />applicable) under permft and inspection of the EHD within one business day, <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />309 <br />CCR 2636(f)(1) Monitoring in sump ! UDC failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. <br />A float and chain in under dispenser containment (UDC) 718 and the float and chain in UDC Diesel #2 failed to <br />stop <br />the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. The service technician removed the dirt around the float <br />and <br />chains, retested the float and chains, and both passed. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate <br />an <br />audible and visual alarm orstop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />318 <br />CCR 261 Leak detector failed to detect a 3.0 gph leak et 10 psi. <br />The 91 line leak detector failed to dated a leak when tested. Ali line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a <br />3 <br />-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The leak detector was replaced and retested during the inspection.
