The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for <br />approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous <br />ones. <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br />(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour <br />hydrostatic test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br />b. Overfill prevention verification: if the existing diesel drop tube has to be replaced, <br />the overfill prevention must be verified; measurement of drop tube to verify 95% <br />tank volume shut off. <br />No fuel delivery into diesel tank until the EHD final inspection in connection with the spill <br />bucket failure. <br />Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br />Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br />b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br />International Code Council (ICC), and <br />
