SECTION 3 <br /> REPORTING OF FINDINGS <br /> This section discusses the reporting of findings, including a <br /> ' summary of observations during tank removal, laboratory reports, <br /> and documentation of the disposal of the tanks and their contents. <br /> Problem A&wmment Report <br /> A Problem Assessment Report (PAR) will be prepared that will <br /> include findings from field work, laboratory analyses, documentation <br /> of the disposal of the tanks and their contents, and will provide an <br /> ' evaluation of the data collected. As specified in the reporting <br /> requirements, the data evaluation will include the following <br /> components: <br /> • Tables summarizing the analytical data; <br /> • Figures delineating the extent of chemical detected, if any; <br /> • Groundwater gradient and depth to groundwater data, if <br /> ' available; and <br /> • A description of the soil stratigraphy as identified from the tank <br /> texcavations. <br /> The report will also contain a copy of the Closure Plan, Permit <br /> ' Application, and related paperwork requested by San Joaquin <br /> County. Finally, if findings warrant, recommendations for further <br /> work will be provided. <br /> 1 <br /> 3-1 <br />
